Straight answers

Before you send a feed.

Do you need access to my store?

No. The service works from a CSV or XML export. Never email a feed before we confirm a secure transfer method.

Is approval by Google guaranteed?

No. We identify and repair feed-data issues within the agreed scope. Google may also consider your website, account, policies and other signals outside the feed.

How does ordering work without online checkout?

Submit the request below. We review the scope and reply with file-transfer and manual ordering instructions. Work starts only after written confirmation.

What data should I remove?

Product feeds should not contain customer or payment data. Remove any personal data before sharing your export.
